In Adak company, laboratory and quality control department consists of Food Chemistry,
Microbiology and Laboratory unit.
Food chemistry works on raw materials (Flour) and products (Starch & Gluten).
Equipment and devices which are using in this department are:
-Dry Heat / Oven ( Four in French)
-Glass Accessories, etc.
